Meet
Brad Wilson: Brad
Wilson was born at a young age in western Kentucky in Mayfield,
KY. He loved sports and played on the first undefeated high
school football team in Mayfield in high school. They lost
the championship. Brad has always believed that these experiences
at a young age helped to mold the character needed for a lifetime
of selling real estate on Hilton Head Island. Brad went to
Western Kentucky University at Bowling Green, KY and graduated
with a degree in Advertising and Public Relations with an
emphasis on Marketing. He was a member of Sigma Nu Fraternity
and continues to be involved with this organization. Upon
graduation, he went to work for a company in Louisville, KY
called Belknap which, at that time, was the largest hardware
distributing company in the USA. In 1978 he came to Hilton
Head Island to start a new career in Real Estate and has been
here ever since.
Brad has a beautiful family: His wife Cheryl, his 16-year
old son, Bailey, who is in the 10th grade and his 14-year
old daughter, Caroline, who is in 8th grade. Whoops, let's
not forget Spanky, the family's Bichon Friese!!
Brad
has served on the Board of Directors of Hilton Head Plantation.
He has served as a Trustee of the Miss Mary Foundation,
a charitable organization which provides aid to families
with critically ill children and he has served on the Board
of the Dixie Youth Baseball Association, as well as coaching
for Dixie Youth and also coaching for his childrens' sports
teams. Brad has served his fellow-realtors by sitting on
the Grievance Committee of the Board of Realtors. He has
consistently ranked in the top 25 Realtors of Hilton Head
Island since 1978. For your information we have more than
1,000 Realtors now. Brad is very, very proud of this ranking,
year after year he serves his clients and the citizens of
Hilton Head Island and Bluffton, SC!!

a good attitude."
Brad
is a Partner at Charter I North and also a Hilton Head real
estate Broker. He is very, very proud of his association
with Charter I North, a company proud of it's honor, honesty
and commitment to its clients throughout the world and the
people who live, work and are retired on our wonderful Island
and in the extended town of Bluffton. He is active in both
residential and commercial real estate and years ago he
discovered that he could best serve his clients with a team
concept. Team Wilson devotes its time and attention to our
clients every need. We all hold South Carolina Real Estate
Licenses, and that includes our Assistant. We love what
we do and it shows!
